Derechos Humanos is currently documenting cases of Border Patrol presence in Tucson hospitals. We have had repeated reports of incidents that have involved the Border Patrol entering hospitals, handcuffing patients to beds, enter maternity wards, and having a consistent presence in the hospital.
If you have seen the Border Patrol in the hospital parking lots, witnessed them handcuffing or arresting people in the hospitals, or had any sort of interaction with them in a hospital, please contact us!
