Memory and Resistance: El Tiradito as Sacred Space to Honor Migrants & Community

Raices Taller 222 Art Gallery & Workshop 218 E. 6th St., Tucson

Event will include a dramatized reading of a scene from an upcoming
play about El Tiradito and migrant deaths in the desert by renowned
playwright Elaine Romero. Play reading followed by a panel discussion
of activism at El Tiradito and the historical significance of the shrine.
