Join Derechos Humanos for a discussion about the role of law enforcement in our communities, whose interests are protected, and who is truly served by police tactics.  Topics to be discussed include impunity as a means of control, individual rights when confronted by law enforcement, and the community effects of law enforcement abuse. Short videos will be followed by a panel discussion.
